It is important to know that we are real estate consultants and not licensed real estate agents. In accordance with Japanese law, we work exclusively with licensed Japanese real estate agents for each property we list. We help introduce potential property buyers and sellers to facilitate the purchase process, for which we charge a fee for our services .

宅地建物取引業の免許を持たない法人・個人が、利益目的・反復継続して紹介料を受領しても、宅地建物取引業法には抵触せず、不動産会社から顧客紹介料を受け取ることが合法となります。

Our story in Myoko Japan
We have been living and working in Japan since 2009 and finally settled in Myoko Kogen in 2014. In our experiences buying, renovating and selling properties in the area, we often wished that we had better information and clearer guidance throughout the process. When both potential buyers and sellers started approaching us for assistance, it was an easy decision to create Myoko Real Estate consulting to provide the very service we wished we had needed.
