The  main building is concrete and steel built and was completed in 1993.  This lodge includes 22 guest rooms spread out between the 2nd and 3rd  floor (2 family-sized rooms and 20 twin/double rooms although 16 of them  have connecting doors with the option of becomming a suite). There is  also enough space for your staff members.

The  main floor includes a large dining and lounge areas as well as a bar.  There is also a front desk reception as well as a small souvenir shop.  And of course a large fully functionning kitchen.

It  is also comprised of two indoor and outdoor onsen (japanese hot spring)  with authentic Akakura onsen water, one for men and one for women.

The basement is ready for drying a ski equipment and includes large storage place and potential to build more staff quarters.

Finally,  the lodge comes fully furnished. In addition of 32inch tvs, internet  support, apple tvs and more, the furniture is custom made from Java  teak.

The  basement, lobby and 1st floor are all on central heating, while the  bedrooms are all separately controlled by air-con heaters.

The  Lodge has been running successfully for 6 seasons, including a  restaurant and a bar,  with steady growth in revenue and sales. It also  has great reviews and lots of happy repeater clientele coming year after  year.

The  landand falls under Joshinetsu kokuritsu koen dai2 special area  regulations – 5m setback from the road and 5m setback from boundary.
